Hello Ambrose Our baby hammock arrived safe & sound today. Thanks again for being so prompt! I also wanted to compliment you on your web site & customer service. My husband and I are IT professionals, involved mostly in customer support (well, I've finished 'paid employment' now that our first baby is due!). Working in this industry, we're keen to encourage internet businesses so aim to use them where-ever possible. Unfortunately many sites have been disappointing as far as available information & response times are concerned. | Dear Ambrose I did receive my Amby... quite fast- worth the shipping price. Too bad I can't ship myself to Aust. for $48. It's set up, awaiting our baby (14 days or so.) My husband commented, "This kid's never going to want to sleep anywhere else." ....... My best friend said that she would have bought one, but hadn't heard of the hammock..
